UI-UX and Graphics Designer

Job Description

We’re looking to hire super creative people who can understand a script/brief and translate it into amazing graphics. You should be fully conversant in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.). Experience is not an issue for the right person. We’re looking for someone who is passionate and committed. We are looking for the right attitude and ability to grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, design and develop concepts and layouts for web/mobile user interfaces (UI), user experience (UX) and motion graphics projects.
• Determine the message the design should portray.
• Create images and illustrations that identify a product or convey a message.
• Create designs that convey the message in the most effective and user-friendly manner.
• Work on a written script and produce graphics based on it.
• Create mailers and newsletters for different categories.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, color, animation etc, for graphics design.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain and follow best practices for version control, naming convention and organization of graphics files.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest graphic design techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards.
• Acknowledge feedback and manifest it constructively.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• You should be a pro at masterfully bringing visual elements and stories to life.
• Where applicable, producing motion graphics from concept to delivery.
• Encoding, converting and editing videos and graphical sequence.
• Optimizing the workflow by tightening the production process with automated techniques.
• Knowledge of UI-UX best practices.
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
