Roles and Responsibilities
- You should develop reusable code and libraries.
- Plan, research, develop, logic, code, test & deploy several projects with minimal assistance.
- Build and grow MVC web applications using PHP, Javascript, Ajax, MySQL and MongoDB.
- Communicate to the reporting Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays.
- Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 year web programming experience in OOP’s & PHP Frameworks like (Zend, Laravel, Codeigniter, etc), HTML, CSS, Javascript and Jquery.
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB and Database concepts.
- Working experience in API development and integration.
- You should have a knack for writing clean, reusable and readable code.
- Experience or having knowledge in developing and implementing open source software projects.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process will be an added advantage.
